New Video: Doors to Flourishing
Our goal is to see the flourishing of our neighbors. This vision has guided FCS for more than forty years, and it is rooted in our knowledge that this neighborhood has flourished before.
In this new video created by Lords of Sapelo, you can get an inside look at the history that animates our work and the vision that inspires us every day.

Welcome to the New Year!
I am sitting in my new office as I write – it has a window! I know…little things. It makes me smile to write about it.
When we moved our offices into 1297 McDonough in 2016, we were immediately utilizing the entire space. We knew we would have to expand as our footprint grew and our work deepened. Quietly, we began to dream about what a new office could look like, and how a renewed space could allow us to serve our neighbors even better.

Equity Partners: Citizens Trust Bank and FCS
“Citizens Trust Bank has partnered with us to get five people qualified for homeownership and assisted three families in closing on a home,” says Cynthia McNeal, Director of Mixed-Income housing. She enthusiastically praised the partnership, saying that she is looking forward to referring even more people to be qualified through Citizens Trust Bank. Cynthia has been working closely with Vice President / Mortgage Operations Manager Yulanda Munford and Mortgage Lending Officer Kenyatta Webb. Both women came to the Moultries’ new home to celebrate their closing.
