We were so glad to spend an evening with members of both our Board of Directors and our Young Professionals Board! It’s a gift to spend time with folks who are passionate about place-based development and want to see Historic South Atlanta thrive.
Our Young Professionals Board consists of 12 diverse individuals in their 20’s and 30’s who provide guidance and fresh perspective to the FCS Team. Serving on the YP Board offers the chance for mentorship and a glimpse into our work. It also gives them an opportunity to make a difference in our community.
Connection produces innovation. Our gathering gave us the chance to hear one another’s stories. Our board members were able to share opportunities for partnering with neighbors. We were all encouraged!
Unity comes from diversity, and we’re glad that the Young Professionals Board can join with us to offer a unique view and new ideas for enriching our communities.
